Announcement: COVID-19 (updated 2:30 PM, 2020-07-08)

Update 2:30 PM, 2020-07-08: The Library is now open to all patrons during our regular hours! Please see the information above in the red banner about modifications to our normal operating procedures.

Thank you for your patience during our reopening—we’re excited to welcome you back!

Pennsylvania is reopening according to a three phase plan (RED, YELLOW, and GREEN) based on the outbreak status across regions and counties.

Blair County is currently in the GREEN PHASE.

Although some restrictions have been lifted, people are still advised to practice social distancing and limit travel and gatherings as much as possible. All persons must wear masks or equivalent facial coverings when leaving home or interacting with others outside the household. Please see the PA Health Dept.’s information on masks.

Even the Green Phase of the re-opening does not mean “business as usual,” so please exercise caution and be considerate. Thank you for your understanding!

While the Library is in the process of re-opening, we encourage patrons to return any items on loan, but no late fees will accrue or be collected until further notice.
